Moon Landing: Fact or Fraud? – Life On Line, July 15th
Animated internet TV talk show Life On Line takes a playful look at how people use their online time for news and entertainment, creativity, love, friendship, business, shopping, political engagement, work and play.
40 years ago the world watched on in amazement as NASA landed two men on the moon for that famous, “giant leap for mankind”. But to this day, there are still many who believe it never actually happened. On Life On Line, we meet a leading skeptic, who reviews the evidence and tries to settle the matter once and for all.
The Relay For Life is an annual fundraiser in support of cancer research. It happens in cyberspace too. The organizer for the Relay in the virtual world Second Life, Fayandria Foley previews the event coming up on July 18th.
Sigmund Leominster joins us for his regular round-up of internet news.
Our resident band SpaceJunky performs their new single ‘Love Forgives.
That’s Life On Line from July 15th.
Life On Line includes a cast of seasoned bloggers, journalists and entertainers including internet band, SpaceJunky - three people living in the US, Australia and Malaysia who perform live and in-person, but also collaborate, record, produce and market their music online.
The cast also includes a practicing Psychotherapist whose online name is Dr Roman Candle. He covers a range of behavioral issues describing how people interact with each other in a virtual environment.
Virtual worlds Second Life, Twinity and Entropia Universe (Calypso) are well represented with dedicated correspondents reporting on each. There are guest comedians and musicians and interviews with people making news across the internet.
In social media style, content for the show is driven by viewers who can join the viewers’ group and offer their thoughts and ideas for content on the program and the future direction of the show.
Life On Line is free to any website including private blogs and personal websites.
